Nima Bakhtiary
Managing Partner
Nima Bakhtiary brings more than 20 years of experience in business consulting, software development and implementation of complex and multi-national supply chain solutions leveraging Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Life Cycle Management (PLM), Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), Demand Planning, Lean and Just-in-Time manufacturing. Bakhtiary has managed many large projects developing and implementing business solutions for high tech contract and outsourced manufacturing, heavy industrial, automotive, aerospace, and consumer products industries leveraging ERP packages such as SAP, Oracle, QAD/MFG Pro, Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta), and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Prior to Arbela, Bakhtiary was Practice Director responsible for Unisys Microsoft Business Solutions Practice focusing in Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM solutions and VP of Vertical Markets for QAD. At QAD, Bakhtiary was responsible for QAD's manufacturing and supply chain product strategy and their top customers. Nima joined QAD from RiverOne, Inc., a high tech industry supply chain software and service provider, where he served as president and chief operating officer. Prior to his tenure at RiverOne, he served as executive vice president at Adexa, a provider of supply chain management solutions.
Carsten Glem
Partner - Development Services
Carsten Glem has more than 10 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX experience and has had lead positions in program/product management, project management, development, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX. Carsten has developed major parts of Microsoft Dynamics AX since its inception, and has been responsible for implementing some of its global and country specific functionality. Glem has participated in more than 20 Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations, some of which are the largest implementations of this product. Currently, he is working closely with Microsoft as an advisory board member for new releases of Microsoft Dynamics AX and participated in the Microsoft Technical Adoption Program (TAP) for this application suite.
Anja Fisher
Partner - Consulting Services
Anja Fisher has extensive Microsoft Dynamics AX Practice Management, Project Management, Implementation, Training and Support experience, mainly focused but not limited to the Financials, Trade, and Logistics modules. Anja has worked with Microsoft Dynamics AX since its inception and has been responsible for implementing mission-critical solutions for Industrial Manufacturing, Professional Services, Jewelry Manufacturing and Distribution, and Automotive verticals. Prior to the release of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Fisher participates in the Microsoft Technical Adoption Program (TAP) and provides boot camp training on Microsoft Dynamics AX. She worked closely with the Microsoft Program Managers for several areas in order to improve AX functionality according to market needs. Fisher is also working with Microsoft as an advisory board member for new releases of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Bob Liana
Partner - Manufacturing
Bob Liana has over 15 years of ERP implementation experience and in Microsoft Dynamics AX, in the last 6 years. Bob has implemented numerous Microsoft Dynamics AX manufacturing, supply chain, and financial management projects utilizing Product Builder, Project, Financial, Trade, Logistics, Production, Lean Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and CRM modules. Liana has implemented ERP and SCM solutions for automotive suppliers, industrial manufacturing, Jewelry manufacturing, and Service Management industries. Prior to the releases of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Liana also participates in the Microsoft Technical Adoption Program (TAP) and provides training on Microsoft Dynamics AX.. In addition to Microsoft Dynamics AX, Liana has experience implementing MFG/Pro from QAD and various databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Progress.
