Our Implementation Methodology
Arbela implementation methodology (AIM) is based on the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step process and is proven to be both effective and efficient for multi-national implementations as well as small and specific development projects. Our methodology guidelines are based on minimum customization, educating the super users in IT as well as in each functional area, and business process re-engineering.
AIM is based on a two-phase process. Phase 1 addresses all the basic business requirements (including a minimum set of customizations) while educating the super users in the effective use of Dynamics AX. Phase 2 typically addresses all the missing functionality, including extensions and add-ons. This process has proven effective especially when the end-users are empowered to make decisions once they know Dynamics AX.
Our methodology assets include a comprehensive checklist for each functional area, workshops/training for gap analysis, setup, effective use, and user acceptance testing. We employ a “Just In Time” methodology when delivering services. What that means to you, is that you will have the “right” consultants with the right level of “expertise” and experience at the right “time” to deliver results. Arbela backs up this philosophy with an “employee” model for its consultants. Arbela consultants are full time Arbela employees and not just temporary bodies rented for a project.
The result of our methodology is a holistic implementation plan identifying all steps necessary to complete a successful engagement. AIM includes project management discipline and field-tested best practices, plus common sense tactics based upon years of experience that help you test and deploy Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions. We deliver results by ensuring all project team responsibilities are completed and accounted for.
