Nima is one of the founders of Arbela Technologies and has been President and CEO since October of 2006. Under his leadership, the organization has become trusted advisors delivering high-value business and technology consulting services to companies around the world. In 2016, the Orange County Business Journal named Arbela as one of the "Best Places to Work in Orange County" and recognized Nima as a finalist for the "Innovator of the Year."

Nima brings extensive operations, consulting, supply chain, manufacturing and technical experience to Arbela. He has guided its growth and expansion by adhering to a simple business philosophy: delight clients by delivering value through high integrity, transparency, expertise and alignment with clients' needs and goals. Nima brings extensive experience with various enterprise resource planning (ERP), product life cycle management (PLM), advanced planning and scheduling (APS), demand planning, lean and just-in-time manufacturing solutions.

Previously as Practice Director of the Unisys Microsoft Business Solutions Practice, Nima started and managed the company's global Microsoft Dynamics consulting. As Vice President of Vertical Markets at QAD, he defined the company's supply chain and manufacturing product strategy and worked with top customers to achieve supply chain speed through QAD's ERP and Supply Chain products. Nima was also President and COO at RiverOne, Inc., a high-tech industry SaaS based supply chain software and services provider -- one of the first in the industry, and was Executive Vice President at Adexa, a provider of Advanced Planning and Scheduling and Supply Chain solutions. He holds a Master's Degree in Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Michigan.

Anja Fisher

Chief Architecture Officer

Anja Fisher has extensive Microsoft Dynamics AX practice management, project management, implementation, training and support experience, mainly focused but not limited to the financials, trade & logistics modules. Anja has worked with Microsoft Dynamics AX since its inception and has been responsible for implementing mission-critical solutions for Industrial Manufacturing, Professional Services, Jewelry Manufacturing and Distribution, and Automotive verticals.

Prior to the release of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Anja participates in the Microsoft Technical Adoption Program (TAP) and provides boot camp training on Microsoft Dynamics AX. She worked closely with the Microsoft Program Managers for several areas in order to improve AX functionality according to market needs. Anja is also working with Microsoft as an advisory board member for new releases of Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Carsten Glem

Chief Technology Officer

Carsten Glem has more than 10 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX experience and has had lead positions in program/product management, project management, development, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX. Carsten has developed major parts of Microsoft Dynamics AX since its inception, and has been responsible for implementing some of its global and country specific functionality.

Carsten has participated in more than 20 Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations, some of which are the largest implementations of this product. Currently, he is working closely with Microsoft as an advisory board member for new releases of Microsoft Dynamics AX and participated in the Microsoft Technical Adoption Program (TAP) for this application suite.

Stephanie Hamilton

Stephanie Hamilton has more than 20 years of experience leading complex global software, technology and business services organizations. Stephanie is responsible for the overall Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Administrative functions for Arbela.

Prior to Arbela, Stephanie was the CFO at Leads360 (now Velocify), a market leading provider of cloud-based intelligent CRM software, Need2Buy, a global supply chain software and sourcing company, RiverOne, a global high tech industry supply chain software and service provider, Adexa, a global provider of supply chain management solutions, Treasury Services Corporation, a financial services software company (sold to Oracle), and Phoenix Software International. Stephanie has comprehensive background in finance, management, mergers and acquisitions, legal, intellectual property, human resources, international tax and operations.

Stephanie is a CPA and worked in the Audit division at Deloitte & Touche, and holds a BS in Economics from UCLA.

Mark Hermans

Chief Operating Officer

Mark brings strong leadership to Arbela as a results-oriented operations executive with proven abilities in building and structuring organizations for growth and change.  With over 25 years of experience managing operations across a variety of industries and geographies, Mark’s specialty is the implementation of systems and technology in support of ever-changing businesses.

Mark’s has deep manufacturing industry experience having held various leadership roles in production and supply chain management, often responsible for business systems and technology projects.  Those experiences have given him valuable perspective to help Arbela’s clients on their own digital transformation journeys.

Responsible for Arbela’s Professional Services and Delivery, Mark brings over 20 years of consulting, project management and services delivery leadership to our clients’ projects.  He is passionate about technology and it’s potential to enable business evolution and change.

Tim Harris

Tim brings strong leadership to Arbela with over 15 years of ERP, CRM, and BI consulting experience. His experience ranges from building industry solutions for the postal industry supply chain with SAP to manufacturing, distribution, AEC and professional services solutions with Microsoft Dynamics. He has a talent for successfully implementing large, complex solutions.

Tim helps his clients achieve their short and long-term ambitions and solve their pain points by focusing not only on digital transformation through technology but also organizational change. Tim is known for building strong partnerships and is seen as a strategic advisor for this clients. He has managed projects from $500K to $52M in size and understands the complexity of organizational change management related to large deployments. Tim has led projects globally including Canada, US, UK, and Australia. Tim attended the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.

Tim's current passions are helping clients digitally transform by focusing on three major areas: innovation in products and services, optimizing operations, and engagement through customer experience and employee empowerment.

As Vice President of Sales, Tony leads the sales team in driving Arbela’s growth. Tony has extensive experience in sales, pre-sales, marketing, and professional services within the enterprise applications space. Over a distinguished career in high-growth technology environments spanning more than two decades, Tony has built highly successful, scalable enterprise software sales organizations, structured effective partnership programs, and managed relationships with the venture capital community. His areas of expertise include supply chain management, logistics, ERP, CRM, and professional services.

Prior to joining Arbela, Tony held various senior global sales leadership and channel management roles for a number of Microsoft Dynamics partners and enterprise application vendors, where he contributed significantly to driving year-over-year sales growth by developing new business and expanding channel networks. Tony is fluent in four languages and has extensive international business experience. As a sales leader, Tony exudes great enthusiasm and relishes mentoring colleagues.

Brent brings a strong executive delivery and organizational leadership to Arbela with more than 20 years of international business experience. He has spent his career leading professional services organizations from startups to multibillion-dollar organizations across a multiple-stack of Tier 1 ERP systems. Brent brings deep experience in structuring, building, and managing effective and empowered delivery teams. Brent’s journey started with his US Air Force career, where he learned the true meaning of “Team” and “Service”. This belief has continued to be his elevating force during his professional consulting career. Along this journey, Brent has provided global organizations the technical, functional, and management leadership to deliver highly effective ERP projects from small to multimillion-dollar global rollouts across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.

Brent is a service-oriented leader, that is passionate about people, technology, and giving back the knowledge and lessons learned during his career to the current and future generations of consultants.

As VP of Marketing, Debb oversees Arbela’s brand and marketing strategy to align positioning in support of Arbela’s growth objectives. She has extensive experience leading global teams in executing integrated, results-driven marketing programs and effective corporate communications in the technology industry. Debb has a strong background in various aspects of business, including product development, service operations management, procurement, consulting, sales, and project management. This has given her a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and industry requirements with the ability to develop targeted and engaging messaging. As a proponent of women in the IT industry, Debb is a steering committee leader of Arbela Women Empowerment (AWE), an initiative to raise the profile of women at Arbela and support their continued growth.

Matthew has over twenty years of experience in the Microsoft partner channel, working with clients in various industries, across more than 30 countries. He brings with him expert knowledge in business management solutions, with an emphasis in business intelligence (BI) and analytics. In his role as Vice President for Strategic Solutions, Matthew oversees the development of next-generation solutions and services that unlock advanced capabilities for clients, enabling companies to transform and accelerate their businesses.  

Prior to joining Arbela Technologies, Matthew led the digital workflow practice for DXC Technology Australia and New Zealand, and he also served as Senior Vice President of Microsoft Business Applications for the Americas. Matthew was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ZAP Business Intelligence software. He has a deep passion for helping companies unlock the potential of their data and demonstrating the value of BI and analytics as a strategic investment – laying the foundation for ongoing success.

Charlotte brings over 15 years of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to global clients. She has deep industry experience within Manufacturing, Distribution, and Engineering Services. She has led teams through complex global implementations that enabled streamlined business processes, improved visibility into key metrics resulting in better decision making, and ultimately higher business performance. She specializes in global implementations of multi-site/country rollouts where template strategies, organizational change management, high performing teams, and program governance are imperative for success. As a proponent of women in the IT industry, Charlotte is a committee leader of Arbela Women Empowerment (AWE), an initiative to raise the profile of women at Arbela and support their continued growth.

Michael is an accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of experience guiding global companies as they integrate essential technologies into their business models. Michael is responsible for growth and expansion of Arbela's strategic alliances and partnerships, including those with Microsoft, private equity and venture capital firms, third-party consulting groups, and other complementary technology solution providers.

Michael helps global organizations realize positive bottom-line improvement leveraging technology as the instrument to deliver such value and provide guidance on digital transformation initiatives. He is known for building strong, high-performing, and collaborative organizations that drive growth while delighting customers. Michael has managed over $150M in revenues throughout his career. He has deep expertise in enterprise business solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Azure, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, and Sage Intact.

As Vice President for Dynamics 365 Client Engagement, Greg is responsible for driving the strategy and vision of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE practice and go-to-market for Arbela’s client engagement solutions. He brings over 22 years of delivering customer experience transformative programs and has been involved in the some of the largest CRM deployments globally. He has spent his career building customer experience practices, which have won multiple awards for CRM, customer service, financial services, and user adoption. Greg has worked for various organizations, including Avanade, Accenture, HCL, PowerObjects, Hitachi among others, working in a team environment focused on optimizing, creating, and being part of high-performing teams.

Greg is a team-oriented leader, who is passionate about delivering balance through people, process, technology, and data to drive business outcomes.

As the Vice President of Client Success and Industry, Jennifer focuses on industry-specific solutioning, leveraging the Microsoft Industry Clouds. Offering strategic guidance on industry trends and the Microsoft roadmap, Jennifer and the client success team help companies leverage technology and business insights to achieve their business goals. Jennifer is known for her ability to build strong strategic partnerships with clients, Microsoft, and industry partners.

Jennifer has more than twenty years of experience in managing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions for global, multi-site organizations across North America, Europe, and Latin America. She has been engaged in solution development across a variety of industries, including life sciences, healthcare, nutraceuticals, government, public safety, apparel, high tech manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, and agriculture. As a former CFO and Director of IT, she has over ten years of financial accounting and manufacturing systems experience. Jennifer is passionate about helping clients drive digital transformation and accelerate their businesses with innovative solutions powered by Microsoft Dynamics, IoT, AI and Machine Learning, Power Platform, Data Lakes, and HoloLens.

He has a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics, including technical and functional expertise – from installation and environment management, security and audit compliance to business process modelling, change management, training and support.

Corey has been involved in implementing global mission-critical business applications, security and audit solutions for various companies in the oil and gas, professional services, manufacturing and construction industries. Having extensive experience in product lifecycle management, project management and delivery, he possesses a unique perspective that combines strong product expertise with the ability to anticipate clients’ needs.

Jonathan Kazemaini

With over a decade of business process and industry consulting experience, Jonathan brings expertise in digital transformation for organizations across the globe. In his current role as Global Director for Microsoft Solutions, he is responsible for Arbela’s go-to-market strategies and solutions primarily for the Microsoft business application stack. He also co-leads Arbela’s Global Presales and IP Build teams.

Jonathan specializes in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure Cognitive Services, as well as the entire Microsoft solution stack. Having completed more than 200 implementations for various organizations, including many Fortune 500 companies, Jonathan has served in every role of client engagement, including Principal Solution Architect defining the transformational vision and prescribing a roadmap of engagements for clients to meet their objectives. His extensive industry knowledge spans across retail, telecommunication, manufacturing, travel, financial services, fire and safety, oil and gas, professional services, healthcare, as well as state and federal government.

In her role as Senior Director of Business Desk, Michelle leads two teams of specialists. One team provides value-added project control and administrative support to the project management team, assisting in delivery outcomes and building long-lasting client relationships. The other team focuses on internal business process improvements, sales operations support and contract process control.  Michelle brings more than fourteen years of consulting experience with a concentration on project management and administrative support for enterprise delivery projects across the globe. She specializes in program and project control, team management, business process improvement, organization change management, and risk management.

Having successfully guided various projects, she has extensive experience in keeping projects on time and within budget. Her focus spans across various business units, including financials, practice policy collaboration and creation, cost-benefit analysis reporting, and internal training.

As Senior Director of Project Management, Alexios brings over fifteen years of ERP and CRM system implementation experience, including more than a decade in Microsoft Dynamics. He has worked in various roles including PMO Lead, Practice Lead, Sales Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, Deployment Lead, Project Manager and Account Manager.

Specializing in project rescue, and high-profile, challenging projects with unique requirements, Alexios has managed many complex, multinational and multisite implementations in the US, UK, the Netherlands and South Africa. Alexios is certified for Microsoft Dynamics AX Trade and Logistics, Dynamics AX Financials, as well as Microsoft SureStep methodology, and Lean Six Sigma. He holds a Master of Information Systems Management (MISM) from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of La Verne as well as a Degree in Classical Music from the Classical Conservatory of Cholargos in Athens, Greece.

Chris brings over a decade of experience in data architecture and modeling, and data pipeline orchestration to Arbela Technologies. The philosophy underlying his work is to understand a client’s business and culture, then help them leverage data to drive decision-making. He leads a team of seasoned consultants and is a passionate advocate for assisting companies as they embark on their digital transformation journey. Chris began his career in the US Air Force where he helped run a predictive preventative maintenance program for fighter aircraft. Since his time in the military, he has worked in a diverse group of industries including intermodal transportation, digital advertising, and social media industries. These experiences have enabled him to leverage Microsoft Azure data platform to design and implement creative solutions for challenges facing a growing enterprise.

Chris specializes in data architecture design and analytics for consumer behavioral data, transportation and demand analysis, but has provided client solutions for consumer goods, high tech manufacturing and biopharmaceutical groups.  The solutions he and his team have developed allow companies to gain greater visibility into their business to assist with optimizing operations, reducing costs, engaging customers in unexpected ways, and forecasting impacts of the market.

As Senior Director of Project Management, Laura brings over 20 years of project management and leadership experience including more than 10 years managing ERP, CRM, and BI projects in the mid-sized and enterprise market. With a hands-on approach and attention to detail, Laura has delivered implementation, upgrade, and recovery projects for multinational organizations in the United States and Europe.

Laura began her professional career as an engineer in the aerospace industry, leading teams in the integration of complex hardware and software systems. She has managed various BI, CRM and ERP projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies for organizations in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, services, and retail. Working closely with Microsoft, Laura has led two separate customers through the Dynamics 365 upgrade process as part of Microsoft’s Technology Adoption Program (TAP).

Laura is certified in PMI, PMP, ScrumMaster as well as project management and accounting for Microsoft Dynamics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.

Josh has worked in the software industry for over 20 years, working with ERP, CRM and Project Management solutions. Having engaged across various industries, he specializes in solution delivery for architecture, engineering, construction and professional services organizations. 

Over the years Josh has served in many different roles, including support, sales, consulting, project management and team management. Josh approaches each client engagement with a deep focus on delivering quality solutions that align with the organization’s objectives and ensure client success.

Var has over ten years of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience. She has been engaged with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since its earliest version and over the years has architected and delivered innovative, well-designed, and scalable solutions to solve complex and varied business challenges.

As Director of Solution Delivery, Var oversees a team of solution consultants delivering comprehensive customer engagement solutions for sales, marketing, customer service, field service and project operations. She has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, travel, entertainment, and professional services.

Var holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clark University.

Victoria has more than 22 years of experience in ERP and CRM Implementation. As Director of Organizational Change Management, she works with leadership teams to create a clear vision for each project by linking requirements to the company’s overall objectives and culture. Victoria facilitates organizational readiness assessments with stakeholders and leadership to help define change management strategies that maximize stakeholder adoption and utilization while minimizing resistance.

Specializing in business needs assessment and business process management, Victoria applies change management methodologies to ensure that project change initiatives meet objectives, on time and on budget. Victoria has helped to deliver numerous successful system implementations by applying strategies that increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Victoria is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner.  

Matthew Hill

As director of technical services, Matthew is responsible for leadership of the Technical Services group, providing delivery support to sales and marketing, and oversight of various Dynamics implementation projects. He has over 15 years of ERP and enterprise level application experience leading functional solution and technical architect teams and aligning them for optimal project delivery. Matthew is a Microsoft Certified Professional and multi-disciplined architect with the ability to conceptualize, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions gives him a unique insight into clients’ needs and delivering solutions that provide true value to their business.

Matthew is a regular speaker at the Dynamics User Group Summit and Academy trainings with a target audience looking to optimize their solutions through technical advancement.

Andrew has more than 10 years of experience in solution delivery of Microsoft Dynamics business applications. He brings extensive expertise in production planning and control, master planning, demand forecasting, advanced warehousing, and inventory management and supply chain analysis within the manufacturing industry. Drawing on his experience as a Dynamics end-user prior to moving into consulting as a functional consultant, solution architect and delivery manager, Andrew has completed more than thirty implementations for companies across the America, Europe and Asia. Andrew strives to provide clients with thought leadership and best practices to optimize business processes. He is deeply committed to client success and never settles for the easiest answer.

Andrew is certified in Microsoft Dynamics for supply chain, trade and logistics, finance, and lean manufacturing. As an expert contributor to D365UG/AXUG Dynamic Communities he has received the 2020 D365UG All-Star Award and the Granite Award for 2018 and 2019.

As a solution and industry expert with a strong background in software development life cycle management and quality assurance, Vipin has led several complex implementation projects across multiple teams. He is certified in Microsoft Dynamics and various implementation methodologies.

Radha has over two decades of technology management and consulting experience in a variety of industries and is specialized in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Finance areas for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Throughout her consulting career, she has been responsible for providing strategic direction and implementing enterprise applications that enabled mission-critical business operations. Radha is a change management leader and spearheads initiatives in the areas of IT transformation and is recognized for her product knowledge, solution design, business insight, leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.

Radha received her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

Tanya brings more than a decade of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to her role as Director of Client Support Services. Working on projects both domestically and globally, she has specialized in human capital management, payroll and finance implementations, as well as data management, integrations, project management and support management. Tanya is certified for Financial Management and Core Finance and Operations in Microsoft Dynamics 365. With extensive expertise implementing ERP solution for global companies within retail, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, and public sector, she has a unique understanding of clients’ business needs and requirements.

Tanya holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia.

Deesean is responsible for the overall direction, go-to-market strategy, and project delivery success of Arbela’s retail industry and e-commerce solutions. With more than 25 years of experience in retail ERP, solution sales, and implementation consulting, Deesean is an expert in omnichannel retail system integration, including end-consumer facing and retail back-office technology. He has managed and implemented complex enterprise projects and solutions for retailers in various verticals, integrating solutions that connect business functional requirements and technical architecture needs.

Deesean is committed to formulating and developing solutions and approaches that enhance and innovate customer engagement to drive revenue opportunities for retail clients across the globe.

Khalid Mohammed

As Director of Technology and Innovation, Khalid provides strategic vision and oversight in identifying and developing technologies that position Arbela Technologies and its clients as industry leaders by creating a sustainable advantage. Khalid has extensive experience in the Microsoft Dynamics business applications, with a heavy emphasis on managing product and customizations within ERP and CRM solutions. With more than fourteen years of expertise in web-based and server/client-based applications using Microsoft technologies, he is responsible for technical delivery of Dynamics 365 business applications and Power Platform across our organization. He has been instrumental in establishing best practices within Arbela around architecture, design, development, upgrade and data migration. Khalid has led various implementation projects managing teams both onsite and offshore. His strong track record in delivering cutting-edge projects and his architectural capabilities have contributed towards designing cost-effective solutions for clients. Khalid is passionate about technology and continuously stays abreast of industry and market knowledge.

Khalid holds a Master of Science in industrial engineering from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Osmania University.

As Director of Innovation, Jon leads product innovation and technology strategy for Arbela solutions with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics customer engagement capabilities. Jon has more than twenty years of experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions with deep expertise in technical sales, technology evangelism, project management and account management. He collaborates across business units to identify opportunities for user training, application enhancements, and data quality enrichment, helping drive Arbela business and operational goals; including adapting to strategy, scaling teams, and mobilizing the resources needed to successfully launch new products and services.

As a former Chief Information Officer, Jon has provided strategic guidance in developing and implementing complex enterprise information systems, supporting centralized business operations across industries. In his efforts leading teams he continually strives to achieve more effective, efficient, and cost-beneficial enterprise-wide business solutions.

Walter is an empathetic and innovative business executive with over 30 years of technology consulting and leadership experience. With more than 30 years of consulting experience, including 17 years as a Microsoft Dynamics consultant, Kim has deep expertise leading ERP software implementations with a focus on accountability and ROI. Kim has held positions as a functional consultant, solution architect, project manager and project director throughout her career with an emphasis on business process transformation and standardization.

Jeremy started working in data monitoring and real time control systems for the oil industry and has continuously evolved from there. Having developed deep expertise in data warehousing and analytics starting on a Unix/Oracle platform before exclusively focusing on the Microsoft platform eleven years ago.

As a featured speaker within the Dynamics user groups, Jeremy regularly presents on topics such as BI, CRM, and ERP. Holding multiple Microsoft certifications for BI and data analytics, Jeremy has emerged as one of the leading experts in the Dynamics BI space. He holds Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc), Computer Science from the University of West Florida.

Niels holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics and a Master of Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School and is also active in advisory boards, further exploring the frontiers of technology and business modelling.
