Director, Client Success
As the Director of Client Success, Mark leads our client success team to develop customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty, and advocates for Arbela and the Microsoft platform. The Arbela client success team works with our existing clients to ensure they gain value from their Microsoft solutions as well as Arbela support and services.
The top priority for Arbela's client success team is helping clients understand ever changing product capabilities while identifying areas of growth as their IT and business needs change. Prior to joining Arbela, Mark spent 5 years with AT&T as an account executive selling voice and data services across the state of North Dakota. From there, he worked for 15 years at Microsoft where he held roles across sales, risk mitigation, Dynamics AX product quality and customer success for business applications. His entire tenure at Microsoft was spent working with Dynamics products and customers.
