Michael is an accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of experience guiding companies as they integrate essential technologies into their business models. With his customer-first mindset, extreme ownership philosophy and raise the bar drive, Michael and his teams provide specific solutions in manufacturing, distribution, entertainment, and professional services industries using the entire Microsoft technology stack. Currently, Michael is responsible for Arbela’s growth and expansion in the U.S. within mid-size to enterprise-sized companies and organizations.

Michael helps several U.S. based as well as global organizations realize positive bottom-line improvement leveraging technology as the instrument to deliver such value and provide guidance on digital transformation initiatives. He is known for building strong, high-performing, and collaborative organizations that drive growth while delighting customers. He has managed over $100M in revenues throughout his career and has deep expertise in several business systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, BC, and CE), Power BI, Azure, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Sage Intacct, and others.

Prior to joining Arbela, Michael held CEO, CRO, CMO and EVP positions in several early-stage to mature technology-based companies; helping them to successful exits. Michael attended Nova Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
