Rebecca brings strong leadership to Arbela with 10+ years as a proven HR professional. She has extensive experience in employee relations, coaching, total rewards, and performance management. She has worked for companies ranging in size from 100 up to 7,500 people in multiple professional services industries: high-tech, architecture, asset management, and consulting. She specializes in establishing strong and trusted partnerships with internal clients both remotely and in-person, addressing key issues, and focusing on results and alignment with business initiatives. Her passion lies in building high functioning teams, and using Dynamics to empower team members, with deep care and concern for both the individuals and the organization! Rebecca is a committee leader of Arbela Women Empowerment (AWE), an initiative to raise the profile of women at Arbela and support their continued growth.
Rebecca has her SHRM-CP certification and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Michael G. Foster School of Business.
