Over a distinguished 25-year career in high-growth technology environments, Tony Da Silva has contributed directly to building scalable enterprise software sales organizations especially within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem; structuring effective partnership programs and managing relationships with the venture capital community. His areas of expertise include supply chain management, logistics, ERP, CRM, and professional services.

Prior to joining Arbela, Tony Da Silva held various sales leadership and channel management roles for a number of Microsoft Dynamics partners including, Senior Director of Sales for SaaSplaza - a managed service provider tasked with migrating business-critical workloads from on-premise to the Azure Cloud; Director of Sales for Radiant Technologies – a Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SAP reseller; and Director of Sales and Strategic Channels for Prosource Development – a Microsoft Dynamics AX reseller and solution provider. Tony Da Silva also served as Vice President of Sales for RF Code, a provider of bleeding-edge RFID Asset Management solutions, where he doubled sales year-over-year and helped to establish the company as the premier vendor in the Healthcare, Logistics and IT industries. As Director of Business Development for Latin America at Descartes Systems Group, Tony developed new business and expanded channel networks in the supply chain and logistics space. 

Prior to Descartes, Tony served as a principal at venture capital firm Tech Inspirations where he structured investment opportunities and managed the growth of the firm’s portfolio investments in the technology sector.

Previously, at Baan Company, Tony served as Director of Industry Consultants for the Americas where he led the launch of the Process Industries Line of Business and managed a team of 24 direct reports across the Americas that contributed over $27 Million in revenues in its first year.

Tony has extensive sales, pre-sales, marketing and professional services experience in the Enterprise Applications space; has a wealth of international business experience, and is fluent in 4 languages: English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

Tony earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Concordia University.
