Victoria has more than 22 years of experience in ERP and CRM Implementation. As Director of Organizational Change Management, she works with leadership teams to create a clear vision for each project by linking requirements to the company’s overall objectives and culture. Victoria facilitates organizational readiness assessments with stakeholders and leadership to help define change management strategies that maximize stakeholder adoption and utilization while minimizing resistance.

Specializing in business needs assessment and business process management, Victoria applies change management methodologies to ensure that project change initiatives meet objectives, on time and on budget. Victoria has helped to deliver numerous successful system implementations by applying strategies that increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
