Victoria facilitates organizational readiness assessments with stakeholders and leadership to help define change management strategies that maximize stakeholder adoption and utilization while minimizing resistance.

Victoria has helped to deliver numerous successful system implementations by applying strategies that increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
