Position title: Dynamics 365 CE Pre-Sales Architect
Location: Remote – US (No Travel Required)
Team: CRM
Reports to: Presales Director

 

Position overview

Responsible for leading presales discovery and demo sessions. Ability to lead discovery workshops and demonstrate product based on personas and value-based messaging. A self-taught leader that keeps up to date with Microsoft’s latest and greatest Dynamics 365 CRM core and ancillary products.

This is a high visibility leadership position within the Dynamics CRM practice and that will also be tasked with thought leadership and IP leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities​

Key responsibilities are split in between 3 main pillars:

  1. Presales demos
  2. RFP/RFQ/RFI responses
  3. IP thought leader
Required qualifications, experience & skills
  • Master of the art of the possible CRM demo
  • Ability to lead demo discovery sessions
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE
  • Work with organizations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshop
  • Build and present customized product demonstrations to business and technical audiences
  • Assist with RFP responses, development of tailored solution designs and other related documents
  • Providing technical and functional direction and input during the sales cycle
  • Confidently present and articulate the business value of the proposed solution to business managers and executives
  • Contribute to continuously improving IP and demoware through creating reusable templates, sharing of knowledge and building reusable demos
  • Be an innovator who can create new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking
  • Present at marketing events and drive internal and external brand awareness and thought leadership
  • Work directly with marketing on initiatives
  • Senior resources who requires minimal direct management ​
Additional qualifications and skills
  • 3+ years of experience demoing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Portals, Power Apps, Power BI
  • Medium Level – Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
  • Understanding of Power Apps and Customer Insights and Omni-Channel Engagement Hub and Virtual Agents
  • Salesforce.com, Sugar, and FSI competitive knowledge
  • A team player with a positive attitude
