Position Overview

The Consultant, Client care will assist in the support of Arbela’s customers, by providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and recording automated test scripts at the direction of the Quality Assurance and Test Manager, as requested by Arbela’s clients.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Two (2) + years of experience in D365 F&SCM implementation and support
  • LifeCycle Services and project implementation lifecycle
  • Experience using RSAT regression automation testing tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven ability to work with, and contribute to, a virtual team of functional/technical consultants working from different locations (including offshore)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective multitasker who can work on a variety of issues at the same time
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for task capture and test execution
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction
  • Ability to ‘get things done’ across the breadth of own organization
  • Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones
  • Functional knowledge of D365 F&SCM and related applications
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist customers with test script recording, Test case automation and automated test script execution
  2. Creating and executing test scripts and performing QA duties as directed by project managers
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve support cases as directed by a support lead
  4. Understand requirements for enhancement requests, author related Functional Design Documents, collaborate with functional and technical resources for development work, and coordinate with support lead as needed
  5. Assist with implementation project work as required
  6. Assist with monitoring the support queue and adhering to contracted SLAs
