Position Overview

Arbela is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to partner with our Project Managers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. The PC preferably has a background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps. The PC is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and resourcing.  This position offers an opportunity to grow into a Project Manager depending on your career goals.

Key Responsibilities​
  • Monitor functional and technical requirements to ensure they are appropriately documented throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Coordinates project resource requirements with Arbela Resourcing Central (ARC) to ensure all project resource needs are met 
  • Collect project delivery status against deliverables and reports to the Project Manager or Customer 
  • Tracks and reports a project’s financial status against financial estimates 
  • Prepares project status reports and other project artifacts 
  • Updates the Arbela resource scheduling system to ensure resource availability is reflected accurately in Arbela resourcing reports 
  • Provide quality assurance and project auditing updates to high-level executives and directors 
  • Provides input and feedback on Arbela Implementation Methodology to improve project delivery 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Works with the PM to plan and create documentation on project plan, budget, timeline and resource schedule 
  • Works with project resources in documenting functional and technical requirements, and ensures these are updated appropriately throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Coordinates project resource requirements with Arbela Resourcing Central (ARC) to ensure all project resource needs are met 
  • Communicates with project resources to collect project delivery status against deliverables and reports to the Project Manager 
  • Tracks and reports a project’s financial status against financial estimates 
  • Updates the Arbela resource scheduling system to ensure resource availability is reflected accurately in Arbela resourcing reports 
  • Performs additional support tasks identified by the Project Manager 
  • Performs project governance and quality audits to ensure Arbela Methodology is followed and projects are delivered to SOW obligations

  • Ability to quickly learn and use new system functionality 
  • Customer service-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly effective in a virtual team organization 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Computer Science, Change Management, or related field 
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
