Position Overview

Provide senior-level security support to ArganoArbela’s D365 Finance and Supply Chain management (D365F&SC) clients.  The Senior Consultant, Client Care (Security and Compliance) is responsible for supporting clients from the initial intake of a reported issue, providing functional support, and supporting the client through to issue resolution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities​

Key responsibilities are:

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve support cases at a senior consultant level
  2. Develop proficiency with Arbela Security Manager IP and utilize as appropriate
  3. Facilitate and coordinate Security Workshops with Clients to gather access requirements
  4. Design and organize a Security Plan according to Clients’ Security and Audit Compliance requirements
  5. Analyze and map access requirements to Standard Security Roles, or configure and modify existing or new security objects
  6. Create Security matrix documentation and other related documentation tasks
  7. Configure, process and analyze segregation of duties, access controls and data monitoring
  8. Ensure progression and resolution of open support tickets, escalating within Arbela or with client as required
  9. Understand requirements for enhancement requests, author related Functional Design Documents, collaborate with technical resources for development work, and coordinate with client through to deployment
  10. Possess adequate knowledge of technical issues to be able to triage appropriately and understand resource requirements
  11. Prepare monthly/quarterly client status reports for Director, Client Care
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Three (3) + years of experience in D365 F&SC implementation and support
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of system security features (Diagnostics, Configurations, and reporting) to analyze and map access requirements to standard security roles.  Knowledge of SOX compliance, segregation of duties, Audit compliance, Access controls and Data monitoring
  • Proven ability to work with, and contribute to, a virtual team of functional/technical consultants working from different locations (including offshore)
  • Possess adequate knowledge of technical issues to be able to triage appropriately and understand resource requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities and drive them to completion
  • Effective multitasker who can work on a variety of tasks at the same time
Additional Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction
  • Ability to ‘get things done’ across the breadth of own organization
  • Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones
  • Strong functional knowledge of D365 Finance and related applications
  • High level technical knowledge of D365 for Finance and related applications
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform and PBI is a plus
  • Azure DevOps, LifeCycle Services, and experience in related technologies
