Position Overview

To ensure projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This position is responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with, the changes that impact employees.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in Change Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with, and through, others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities and drive them to completion
Additional Qualifications & Skills
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change effort
  • Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones
Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities are split in between 5 main pillars:

  1. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities by creating a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  2. Support communication efforts through the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  3. Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
  4. Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programs
  5. Strategic initiatives
    1. Takes responsibility for growing and executing Organizational Change Management strategy
    2. Responsible for delivering specific dedicated internal strategic initiatives
  6. Achieves quarterly goals
