Position Overview
Responsible for Technical Delivery and Quality management on ArganoArbela Projects. Leads a dedicated team focused on specific Technical Services delivery. Responsible for Team’s workload, planning and skill management. Takes a lead role in technical delivery improvements, standardization, best practices and strategic investment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Delivery management
- Assumes a Technical Lead / Technical Architecture role on ArganoArbela projects
- Manages a project team of technical consultants, responsible for project team’s utilization on a project
- Takes responsibility for Technical side of project delivery
- Sends weekly status reports including team’s workload and forecasting
- Responsible for technical deliverables and a development life cycle process quality
- Delivery of specific Technical Services
- Assumes an organizational lead role for delivery of specific Technical Services (such as Data Migration, Integration, Upgrades, etc)
- Responsible for maintaining knowledge base, guideline documentation and instruction for repeatable and consistent delivery process
- Identifies areas of improvements and proactively takes proper actions to improve quality of ArganoArbela technical services
- Strategic initiatives
- Follows Technology directions and priorities and takes responsibility for executing Technology strategy
- Responsible for delivering specific dedicated internal strategic initiatives – including budget and resource planning, design, delivery, transfer to support and periodic status reporting
- Achieves quarterly technology goals
- People management
- Defines quarterly performance goals for each member for the team according and aligned to overall Technology Strategy
- Responsible for overall team’s utilization, proactively takes actions to maximize direct report’s workload
- Performs performance dialogues, measures progress and takes corrective actions if needed
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Deep and broad experience with Microsoft Technologies related to D365 products family
- 8+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 CE, plus 16+ Medium/Large Implementations
- Integration approach – CDS, Web Services, ADF, Kingsway soft/Scribe experience
- Knowledge of PowerApps, Flow
- In Depth understanding of Azure services and logic apps, Azure Active Directory
- Good understanding of security and authentication process in D365 CE
- Experience in LCS and Environment management including performance environment monitoring in D365 CE
- Good understanding of PowerBI and BI data visualization approach
- Demonstrated ability working as Technical Architect, gathering customers requirements, designing solutions and delivering completed services.
- Excellent understanding and following standards of Application Lifecycle development including continuous integration and performance testing and tuning
- Proven ability to organize a virtual team of technical consultants working from different locations (including offshore) around project delivery goals
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Additional Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction
- Ability to ‘get things done’ across the breadth of own organization
- Familiar with Agile implementation methodology
- Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones
- Proven Technical Architecture experience
