Position Overview

Responsible for Technical Delivery and Quality management on ArganoArbela Projects. Leads a dedicated team focused on specific Technical Services delivery. Responsible for Team’s workload, planning and skill management. Takes a lead role in technical delivery improvements, standardization, best practices and strategic investment projects.

Key Responsibilities​
  1. Technical Delivery management
    1. Assumes a Technical Lead / Technical Architecture role on ArganoArbela projects
    2. Manages a project team of technical consultants, responsible for project team’s utilization on a project
    3. Takes responsibility for Technical side of project delivery
    4. Sends weekly status reports including team’s workload and forecasting
    5. Responsible for technical deliverables and a development life cycle process quality
  2. Delivery of specific Technical Services
    1. Assumes an organizational lead role for delivery of specific Technical Services (such as Data Migration, Integration, Upgrades, etc)
    2. Responsible for maintaining knowledge base, guideline documentation and instruction for repeatable and consistent delivery process
    3. Identifies areas of improvements and proactively takes proper actions to improve quality of ArganoArbela technical services
  3. Strategic initiatives
    1. Follows Technology directions and priorities and takes responsibility for executing Technology strategy
    2. Responsible for delivering specific dedicated internal strategic initiatives – including budget and resource planning, design, delivery, transfer to support and periodic status reporting
    3. Achieves quarterly technology goals
  4. People management
    1. Defines quarterly performance goals for each member for the team according and aligned to overall Technology Strategy
    2. Responsible for overall team’s utilization, proactively takes actions to maximize direct report’s workload
    3. Performs performance dialogues, measures progress and takes corrective actions if needed
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills 
  1. Deep and broad experience with Microsoft Technologies related to D365 products family
  • 8+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 CE, plus 16+ Medium/Large Implementations​
  • Integration approach – CDS, Web Services, ADF, Kingsway soft/Scribe experience
  • ​Knowledge of PowerApps, Flow
  • In Depth understanding of Azure services and logic apps, Azure Active Directory
  • ​Good understanding of security and authentication process in D365 CE
  • Experience in LCS and Environment management including performance environment monitoring in D365 CE
  • ​Good understanding of PowerBI and BI data visualization approach
  1. Demonstrated ability working as Technical Architect, gathering customers requirements, designing solutions and delivering completed services.
  2. Excellent understanding and following standards of Application Lifecycle development including continuous integration and performance testing and tuning
  3. Proven ability to organize a virtual team of technical consultants working from different locations (including offshore) around project delivery goals
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities
  6. Ability to travel up to 50%
Additional Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction
  • Ability to ‘get things done’ across the breadth of own organization
  • Familiar with Agile implementation methodology
  • Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones
  • Proven Technical Architecture experience
